Bill Finnell

Bill Finnell is the executive director of Sanctuary Counseling Center. He works with people and couples, offering guidance informed by over two decades of experience in professional counseling. Finnell helps vocational ministry workers and their families in the Memphis area.

Finnell holds a Master of Arts in Counseling from Denver Seminary and a Doctorate in Ministry in Member Care from Columbia International University. He is an approved clinical supervisor certified by the National Board of Certified Counselors. His career includes roles as a college counseling program director and a bereavement program manager at a hospice, alongside international missionary work.

At Sanctuary Counseling Center, Finnell employs a holistic approach, addressing mental health, spiritual, and relational aspects. Clients can expect a supportive environment focused on renewal and refreshment. His leadership and comprehensive understanding of mental health make him a valuable resource for personal and professional guidance.
