Brianna Garcia

Brianna Garcia is a Client Care Manager who works with the LGBTQ+ community, offering gender-affirming care and support for people navigating identity journeys. Garcia also helps neurodiverse clients and those involved with the justice system, focusing on adolescents, young adults, and adults.

Garcia holds extensive experience in serving clients aged 13 to 60. Trained in Trauma-Focused Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Garcia incorporates Existential Therapy and Narrative Therapy into their practice. These approaches allow clients to reframe life narratives, fostering self-acceptance and personal growth while addressing grief, trauma, depression, anxiety, and interpersonal conflicts.

Garcia creates a non judgmental space where clients can embark on a journey of self-discovery. They guide clients towards healthier paths, promoting self-understanding and personal autonomy. Clients from all backgrounds and identities are welcomed to explore a more fulfilling life.
