Bridget Coomber

Bridget Coomber, MA, LCMHC, is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with over 5 years in the field. She holds a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Gardner-Webb University and a bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.

She specializes in treating anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief, and relationship conflicts, and works with children as young as 3 years old, adolescents, and families. She also supports individuals with ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder.

She uses Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and both non-directive and directive Play Therapy. She has pursued specialized training in treating LGBTQ clients and innovative play therapy interventions.
