Creativity as a pathway to healing forms the cornerstone of Buffy Curtis's therapeutic approach. As a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist (LCAT) and Board-Certified Art Therapist (ATR-BC), Buffy has dedicated her career to helping others find their own unique forms of expression and inner connection.

For over 16 years, Buffy has been serving others on their journeys through healing, drawing from her own experiences with the transformative power of creativity. Her diverse skill set encompasses a wide range of therapeutic modalities, allowing her to tailor her approach to each client's individual needs. Buffy is proficient in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Art Therapy, Reiki, Gottman Method, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Therapy-Reframing (CT-R), and various Somatic Practices. This eclectic toolkit enables her to address a broad spectrum of mental health concerns with both depth and versatility.

Buffy's areas of specialization include trauma, women's health, attachment difficulties, anxiety, and somatic complaints. Her comprehensive understanding of these complex issues, combined with her creative approach, allows her to offer unique and effective therapeutic interventions. Buffy's pending certification in Psychedelic Assisted Therapy, with an expected completion in March 2024, further demonstrates her commitment to staying at the forefront of innovative therapeutic techniques.
