Caitlin Cox, LMHCA, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate who helps adults of all ages manage stress, anxiety, depression, and relationship concerns. She uses Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and person-centered techniques tailored to each client.
