Carey Briana

Carey Briana is a Mental Health Counselor who works with clients to create a safe and welcoming environment for mental health counseling. Briana helps people with anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder, and guides teenagers and young adults through life transitions.

Briana began her career as a Registered Behavior Technician, gaining experience with people diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Her background informs her work with children and teenagers on the autism spectrum, allowing her to offer a perspective in both group and individual settings.

Briana employs Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, and Relational Therapy, using a trauma-informed care approach.
