Carla Butts

Carla Butts, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience helping children, adolescents, and families. She is specializing in healing those with histories of trauma, abuse, and neglect and works with anxiety, depression, ADHD, ODD, and school behavioral problems.

She holds a Master's Degree in Social Work from Rutgers University, is certified in Trauma-Focused Therapy, and is a Certified School Social Worker. Carla uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and tailors interventions to each client's developmental needs.

Her roles at A HOME WITHIN, CASA of Camden County, NJ MENTOR, Gloucester County College, and the Y.A.L.E. School inform a collaborative, family-centered approach to care. She serves children from age 5 and up, teenagers, and adults, partnering with families to reduce negative behaviors and build coping skills, self-esteem, and emotional regulation.
