Carlos Tirado

Carlos Tirado, M.D., is a Clinical Psychiatrist at PILLAR, a comprehensive behavioral health center in Laredo, Texas. He supports PILLAR’s mission to provide accessible, compassionate, respectful mental health and substance abuse addiction care.
