Carolyn Thomas

Carolyn Thomas, LPC, LADAC, ADC, SAP, is a Licensed Professional Counselor with two decades of counseling experience and is licensed by the Arkansas Board of Examiners in Counseling (#P2209001).

She specializes in addiction recovery, grief, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges, and uses Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to tailor treatment to each client’s needs.

As a qualified Substance Abuse Professional (SAP), she conducts in-person and virtual evaluations required by DOT regulations for drivers seeking to return to duty after failed drug or alcohol tests or test refusals. Carolyn takes an integrative, collaborative approach focused on building strengths and practical coping skills for both immediate relief and long-term progress.
