Cassady Green

Cassady Green is a Licensed Master Social Worker and dedicated mental health therapist passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and achieve lasting personal growth. She takes a holistic approach to therapy, recognizing the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit, and strives to empower clients by building on their inner strengths.

Cassady’s practice integrates evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, attachment-based practices, and somatic techniques. She places a strong focus on nervous system regulation, helping clients develop practical tools to manage stress, anxiety, and trauma. In June 2025, she will expand her expertise by completing training in EMDR to further support her clinical work.
