Celina Peña

Celina Peña is a licensed associate counselor and Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist for Families. Peña works with children of all ages and young adults, focusing on trauma, anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. She engages clients through play and creative activities, addressing their needs.

Peña began her career as a volunteer at a children's shelter in Tucson, gaining a decade of experience in therapeutic settings. She holds specialized training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, and Applied Behavioral Analysis. Her work with children with Autism and in Children's Advocacy Centers has honed her skills in compassionate care.

Peña's approach is collaborative, employing evidence-based techniques to support healing. She offers therapy in English and Spanish, providing culturally competent care. Clients can expect a structured, supportive environment that resilience and growth.
