Chandra Tewari

Chandra Tewari is a therapist who works with LGBTQIA+ topics, trauma, healthy relationships, and anxiety. Tewari brings a wealth of experience from Hawaii to Utah, shaped by her diverse professional background.

Tewari began her mental health journey in 2013 at Brigham Young University-Hawaii, where she engaged with a wide array of cultures. After graduating, she moved to Utah, gaining experience at a Therapeutic Residential Treatment Center and the Huntsman Mental Health Institute. She earned her master's degree in Social Work from the University of Utah and contributed significantly to the Family Support Center.

In therapy sessions, Tewari employs empathy, cultural competence, and evidence-based techniques. She tailors her approach to meet the needs of each client. Her sessions are structured to provide practical support and understanding.
