Charles Fai

Charles Fai, MA, LPCC, is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who works with children, teenagers, families, and midlife adults. He specializes in adolescents with behavioral concerns and collaborates closely with parents to address issues at home, in schools, and within the community.

For adult clients he treats anxiety, depression, trauma, specific phobias, and life transitions, providing care across developmental stages and family contexts. His practice emphasizes practical, evidence-informed support tailored to each client’s needs.

At the core of his work is Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), supplemented by cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). Charles creates a safe and healing, nonjudgmental therapeutic environment to help clients process experiences and develop coping strategies.
