Charlotta Crews is a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in the treatment of complex trauma. Crews works with clients navigating conditions such as OCD, anxiety, and depression, employing a blend of warmth, honesty, and humor in her therapeutic approach.

Crews began her career as an in-home behavior support consultant for challenged youth in San Diego, CA. She then worked in an inpatient psychiatric facility in Virginia Beach, VA, and most recently in a community outpatient mental health setting in Chesapeake, VA. Her diverse experience enhances her comprehensive understanding of client situations.

As a trauma-informed clinician, Crews uses Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy to guide clients through transformative self-examination.
