Chris Mabrey

Chris Mabrey, LMHC, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. He trained in the School Counseling program at Butler University and furthered his mental health credentialing at Indiana Wesleyan.

He uses Cognitive Behavioral and Humanistic techniques tailored to each client’s needs. He works with children as young as 6, adolescents, and adults, addressing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and relationship issues.

With 14 years as a counselor and a decade specializing in mental health therapy, he brings a nuanced understanding of complex clinical concerns. He creates a supportive, person-centered environment that emphasizes evidence-based practices and collaborative, goal-focused work.
