Colleen Hamilton

Colleen Hamilton, Psy.D., is a clinical and child psychologist and Director of Clinical Training. Her training focused on working with children, adolescents, and families, and she has over 15 years of experience specializing in children and families.

She uses play therapy, sand tray therapy, art therapy, music therapy, and body movement therapy, and is trained in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy. She treats behavior difficulties, social skills problems, depression, anxiety (general, school, social, and test), AD/HD, autism spectrum disorders, learning disabilities, trauma, self-image, and identity development.

Dr. Hamilton provides comprehensive evaluations for all ages and offers forensic services and divorce-related support. In family therapy she emphasizes structure, problem-solving, boundary-setting, and effective co-parenting, and she supervises trainees as Director of Clinical Training.
