Crystal Jones

Crystal Jones, LCSW, is the founder of Life Source Counseling Center, Inc. in Fredericksburg, VA. She is an IFS Trainer and Approved IFS Consultant and a Master Reiki Practitioner who integrates prayer, meditation, sacred movement, and yoga into care.

She offers individual therapy and support for children, adolescents, and young adults, and leads IFS consultation groups for Black and BIPOC women. Jones provides mentorship and clinical supervision to social workers seeking licensure in Virginia and trains therapists and practitioners around the world.

Combining compassionate care and cultural competence, she creates culturally responsive spaces where BIPOC women feel connected, seen, heard, and valued. Her approach helps clients explore internal parts with curiosity and pursue self-led change.
