Danielle Sodergren

Danielle Sodergren, LMHC, IAADC, RPT, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who works with children and adults. She specializes in co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders and has a special interest in working with military and law enforcement members and their families.

She uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and play therapy and is a Registered Play Therapist for children aged 5 and older. Her clinical focus includes anxiety disorders, depression, anger and control issues, PTSD, and other trauma-related disorders.

Danielle’s combined training in mental health, addiction, and play therapy supports a comprehensive, individualized approach, and she tailors evidence-based interventions to each client’s needs.
