Darla Stafford

Darla Stafford is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 30 years of experience serving individuals, families, and couples in diverse settings, including residential youth treatment, intensive in-home services, and community and hospital-based behavioral health clinics. She earned her master’s degree in clinical social work from the University of Denver in 1995 and is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.

Darla uses a strength-based, compassionate, and candid approach in her practice. She specializes in treating adults, families, and couples—both traditional and nontraditional—with a focus on trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, divorce, and life transitions.
