David Duany

David Duany, MA, Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern, has a specialized focus on ADHD, social skills, and anger management. He works with children, young adults, and families, bringing a targeted approach to counseling.

He uses evidence-based techniques to improve focus, organization, and impulse control and offers social skills training to build confidence in interpersonal relationships. He helps clients develop coping strategies and enhance social competencies.

For anger-related issues he provides tools to recognize triggers, regulate emotions, and express feelings constructively. He creates a supportive, non-judgmental environment and is continuing to expand knowledge and skills under supervision to provide holistic support.
