Dawn Evertson

Dawn Evertson, M.Ed, LPC-A, is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate at Family Restoration Counseling Services with over 25 years of experience working with children and young adults. She specializes in behavioral problems, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, school issues, and ADD/ADHD.

Her background in education and counseling within Texas Elementary and Middle Schools, along with a B.S. in Elementary Education from Texas Tech University and an M.Ed in Counseling from Lamar University, informs her work with adolescents and their families.

Currently practicing under the supervision of Julie Coleman, LPC-S, she creates a safe, empowering environment where clients are heard and learn skills to navigate their paths. She serves the Greater Dallas area and remains committed to ongoing professional development to provide current, effective treatment strategies.
