Deidre Prosen

Deidre Prosen is a Licensed Professional Counselor who offers a safe and non judgmental environment for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings. Prosen works with a variety of mental health issues including stress management, trauma and PTSD, anxiety, and depression.

Prosen holds a Master of Science in Clinical Community Counseling from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She also has an M.F.A. in Painting from the same institution and a B.F.A. in Drawing & Painting from the University of Manitoba, which informs her creative approach to therapy.

Her therapeutic style incorporates psychodynamic, existential, and person centered therapies, complemented by cognitive behavioral techniques.
