Destiny Cantu, M.C.M.H., is a Clinical Mental Health Counselor with a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health from Grand Canyon University. She specializes in helping clients manage daily stress and modify behaviors and thought patterns using Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based techniques.

She practices in an LGBTQIA2S+ affirming, sex-positive, and culturally competent manner and creates a safe and exploratory environment where authenticity and genuineness flourish. Destiny takes a holistic approach, considering personal identity, cultural background, family history, and environment when developing tailored treatment plans.
