Elsa Hines

Elsa Hines, LMFT, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and founder of the Miami-based Elsa Hines Therapy Group. She holds a Master's degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University, has over 1,500 hours of clinical work, and is a board member of the Florida Family Research Network.

She works with individuals, couples, and families on personal fulfillment, relationship issues, parenting and fertility concerns, anxiety, trauma, and emotional reactivity. Her couples work addresses conflict, communication patterns, sexual dissatisfaction, and infidelity.

Elsa draws from Bowen Natural Systems theory and offers corporate consulting—team-building sessions, leadership seminars, and speaker series—to improve workplace communication and retention. She helps clients break repetitive patterns, pair emotional processing with strategic thinking, and build greater fulfillment and coherence across relationships.
