Emilea Gross is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider who works with teens and adults navigating the complexities of ADHD. Gross helps clients discover and celebrate their true selves, focusing on issues like depression, anxiety, and identity concerns.

Gross holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Counseling from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Her experience spans high school counseling, ADHD coaching, and mental health therapy, providing a comprehensive perspective to her practice.

In therapy, Gross employs an eclectic approach, integrating mindfulness, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution-focused therapy, and Narrative therapy within a Person-Centered framework. Her practice is queer-affirming and weight-inclusive, addressing body image and disordered eating with a Fat Positive and Intuitive Eating approach. Clients can expect a safe space to explore and accept all aspects of themselves.
