Emily Indorf, MA, LPCC-S, is Executive Director and Clinical Director of Gentle Shepherd Counseling Center and has specialized training in trauma treatment. She earned her MA from the Counseling and Guidance Education Program at Malone University.
She treats anxiety, depression, grief, and PTSD and is skilled in EMDR and Brainspotting. She has extensive experience treating childhood abuse/neglect, medical trauma, sexual assault, spiritual abuse, military-based PTSD, and trauma from sudden loss.
Her therapeutic approach is educational and integrative; she empowers clients with knowledge and offers the option to integrate faith and prayer into treatment for those who desire it. As executive and clinical director, she helps shape the center's clinical direction and quality of care.
