Emily Kramek

Emily Kramek, LMHC, is a mental health counselor who serves as Associate Director and Supervising Clinician. She works with children, adolescents, and young adults, ages approximately five to twenty-five.

She uses a creative and adaptive toolkit that includes dialectical behavior therapy, play therapy, art therapy, and mindfulness practices. These approaches help bridge communication gaps and support emotional growth.

As a clinician and supervisor, she is committed to creating a warm, supportive, and safe environment where young people can process trauma and navigate hardship. Her supervisory role includes mentoring newer clinicians while she supports clients and families through practical steps toward emotional healing.
