Erica Messenger, CGIP, is a Certified Grief Informed Professional who draws on over two decades of her own grief journey. She is specializing in guiding clients through the complex terrain of loss and trauma.

Her practice also addresses anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma processing, and compassion fatigue, and she works with work-related challenges and cultural issues, with a particular focus on supporting Latinx individuals. She works with adolescents, young adults, and adults.

Her approach is compassionate and rooted in empathy; she is dedicated to empowering, supporting, and guiding clients toward healthier ways of living and thriving.
