Erica Tatum-Sheade

Erica Tatum-Sheade, LCSW, RPT, CDWF, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Co-Owner of Integrated Mental Health Associates. She practices as a Child and Adolescent Practitioner.

She uses evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and specializes in Adlerian Play Therapy. As a Registered Play Therapist (RPT), she harnesses the power of play to help children express themselves, process emotions, and develop coping strategies.

As a Daring Way Facilitator (CDWF), she guides young clients through issues of vulnerability, courage, shame, and worthiness to foster resilience and authenticity. She co-leads a practice dedicated to open, professional, and effective mental health care and creates tailored treatment plans for anxiety, trauma, and family challenges.
