Erin Amato

Dr. Amato graduated from medical school as the recipient of the Lillian Orchow Prize for Outstanding Student in Psychiatry and was named an AMA Foundation Rock Sleyster Scholar. She completed her internship and residency in General Psychiatry at Long Island Jewish Medical Center-Zucker Hillside Hospital and completed a Child and Adolescent Psychiatry fellowship at NSLIJHS-Albert Einstein College of Medicine, where she served as chief fellow and received the Clinical Excellence Award.

She emphasizes early intervention and an integrated mind-body approach to mental health, especially for children and adolescents, to support healthy development through timely diagnosis and treatment.
