Fred Kiesel

Fred Kiesel is a mental health professional with a rich background in psychology and social work. Kiesel works with clients using Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy, tailoring his approach to individual needs.

Kiesel's nearly decade-long journey in mental health includes overseeing transitional housing and supported-living programs in St. Paul and Minneapolis. He provides Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services, Vocational Rehabilitative Services, and Individualized Living Skills. His education includes a Psychology degree from Bemidji State University and a Master's in Counseling and Psychological Services from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota.

Kiesel adopts a holistic approach, emphasizing the connection between physical and mental health. He utilizes Dialectic Behavior Training techniques and offers group, couples, and individual therapy.
