Gena Kohner

Gena Kohner, LPC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor and the Owner and Clinical Director at Revive Counseling and Wellness. She holds a Master’s of Science in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University and has specialized training in EMDR, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, and Internal Family Systems.

Working from a trauma-informed and holistic lens, she combines evidence-based practices with creative therapeutic methods to tailor treatment. She focuses on identifying triggers, increasing awareness of reactions, and exploring how past experiences shape one’s sense of self.

Gena creates a safe, judgment-free space grounded in compassion and truth and prioritizes a genuine, honest therapeutic relationship. She also addresses current life stressors, behaviors, and patterns to support practical personal growth and healing.
