Gigi Hightower

Gigi Hightower, MA, NCC #1546742, IMH22841, is a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern. She holds a Master's in clinical mental health counseling from Regis University and a graduate certificate in Military Family Therapy, and she practices at Innovative Direction in Pensacola, Florida.

She works with adults on substance use and addiction-related issues, trauma and trauma-related disorders, anxiety, emotional turmoil, mood disorders, grief and loss, and eating disorders. Her methods are integrative, drawing from Cognitive-Behavioral approaches, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Humanistic therapy.

In session she creates a compassionate, empathetic space and tailors treatment to each client's needs, helping clients access inner strengths and pursue more mindful, authentic living.
