Gigi Hightower

Gigi Hightower is a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern who helps clients rediscover their inner strength and live authentically. Hightower works with adults facing substance use, trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, and grief, offering comprehensive support for interconnected mental health concerns.

Hightower holds a Master's degree in clinical mental health counseling from Regis University and a graduate certificate in Military Family Therapy. Her specialized training enhances her understanding of the challenges faced by military families, adding depth to her practice.

Her integrative approach includes Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Humanistic therapy. Clients can expect a compassionate environment where they feel safe to explore past traumas and emotional wounds. Hightower adapts her techniques to meet clients where they are, supporting them as they work towards their goals.
