Greta Pankratz, LCSW, has two decades of experience and is specializing in helping adults confront and overcome anxiety and complex trauma. She is a Certified EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) psychotherapist and uses EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solutions-focused therapies.

With a focus on developmental trauma, Greta is an Approved Consultant for EMDR psychotherapy, training other therapists. She also provides clinical supervision and business consulting.
