Gretchen Rodriguez is a therapist who brings over a decade of experience to her practice, focusing on complex mental health conditions. She works with adults facing Bipolar Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, and Generalized Anxiety, offering a compassionate and non judgmental therapeutic space.

Rodriguez began her professional journey with a bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Therapy from Carlos Albizu University in Puerto Rico in 2008. She earned her master's degree in clinical social work in 2012 and holds a certification in Supervision and Management from the Institute of Higher Education in Puerto Rico. Her role as a Supervising Professor at Ana G. Mendez University further enriches her practice.

Employing Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness-based interventions, Rodriguez tailors her approach to each client's needs. Clients can expect a structured and empathetic environment, where therapy is both supportive and goal oriented.
