Haley Schultz

Haley Schultz is a Resident in Counseling at Chesapeake Counseling Center. Schultz works with teens, adults, and couples facing anxiety, intrusive thoughts, and impulsivity, using a Person-Centered approach combined with Cognitive Behavioral techniques.

Schultz's academic journey began at Longwood University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Sociology, followed by a Master's degree in Counselor Education. She gained practical experience at Kempsville Center for Behavioral Health and Health Connect America, serving in various counseling roles.

Her therapeutic style is tailored to each client's needs, focusing on building self-esteem and coping skills. Schultz provides both in-person and virtual sessions, offering flexibility to her clients. Clients can expect a supportive and goal-oriented experience that personal growth and well-being.
