Harrison Barritt

Harrison Barritt offers a holistic approach to couples, marriage, and individual counseling grounded in Integrated Kabbalistic Healing. He uses a subtle diagnostic process to identify the multiple layers of conflict clients face.

He is trained in Internal Family Systems for both individuals and couples and has completed level 1 of Internal Family Systems training; he is also a graduate of Integrated Kabbalistic Healing. His work integrates Positive Psychology, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), and Neurolinguistic Programming.

Barritt helps clients locate and reduce the impact of these programs installed early in life, teaching awareness and practical strategies to interrupt and rewire patterns. Clients can expect a supportive, humorous, and instructive environment with homework to extend change beyond sessions.
