Hayley Lambdin

Hayley Lambdin, MSW, is a Supervisee in Social Work. She works with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, and religious trauma.

She holds a Bachelor's degree from Utah Valley University and a Master of Social Work from the University of Denver and uses Humanistic, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Trauma Informed Therapy, Somatic-Based Therapy, and Emotion Focused techniques. She also addresses women's issues, substance use, stress management, and self-esteem challenges.

Her calm and affirming demeanor creates a supportive, considerate, and non-judgmental environment; she believes in meeting clients exactly where they are on their path to wellness.
