Heather Brito

Heather Brito, MS, LMHC, SP, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and the only therapist in Massachusetts recognized by the Sandplay Therapists of America as a Sandplay Practitioner. She specializes in relational and multi-contextual trauma and integrates Sandplay Therapy and EMDR into her clinical work.

She is the founder of HSW Counseling LLC and has a decade of clinical experience. Over her career she has mentored, supervised, and taught other mental health practitioners.

Heather consults with EMDR therapists in training and conducts trainings for institutions and first responders on PTSD, secondary trauma, and vicarious trauma. At HSW Counseling LLC she cultivates an environment of healing, wellness, and growth and uses tailored, evidence-based plans to address each individual's needs.
