Heather Hendrickson

Heather Hendrickson, MSW, ASW, is a Registered Associate Social Worker who specializes in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) with a particular interest in complex trauma. She works with adults, teens, and families to address anxiety, depression, communication challenges, and childhood trauma.

She uses CBT, DBT, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), and her work is informed by polyvagal theory. Heather integrates these evidence-based methods to tailor treatment to each client's needs.

Heather earned her Master's in Social Work from UMass Global and began her therapeutic work in 2021. Her approach is collaborative and strengths-based, with a focus on authentic, empathetic therapeutic relationships.
