Heather Sheets

Heather Sheets, PsyD, Licensed Clinical Psychologist, brings 16 years of experience and specializes in guiding adults through life's most challenging transitions. She uses cognitive-behavioral therapy, interpersonal psychotherapy, and narrative psychology to support change.

She earned her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from an APA-approved program, completed an APA-approved doctoral internship at the University of Notre Dame focused on alcohol and substance assessment and treatment, and completed post-doctoral training at Northwestern University refining CBT and narrative therapy.

Dr. Sheets treats depression, anxiety, relationship struggles, parenting challenges, prenatal and postpartum depression, infertility, miscarriage, and men's health issues including divorce and separation. Her strength-based approach helps clients identify untapped strengths and build emotional resilience.
