Heather Sheets

Dr. Heather Sheets is a licensed clinical psychologist who has 16 years of experience guiding adults through challenging life transitions. Sheets works with issues such as depression, anxiety, relationship struggles, and existential crises, with a particular focus on women's and men's health concerns.

Sheets' academic journey began with a doctorate in Clinical Psychology from an APA-approved program, followed by a doctoral internship at the University of Notre Dame, where she specialized in alcohol and substance assessment and treatment. Her post-doctoral training at Northwestern University further refined her skills in short-term therapy, CBT, and narrative therapy.
