Heidi Selby

Heidi provides therapy to children, adolescents, and adults facing behavioral health challenges such as depression, anxiety, mood disorders, grief, trauma, life transitions, and stress. She meets clients where they are emotionally and mentally, focusing on empowering them to lead healthy, productive lives. Heidi employs a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and is certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). She also integrates play and art therapy techniques into her practice.
