Hilary Sparrow

Hilary Sparrow, MA, LPC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor and founder and owner of Denver Psychotherapy Group with over a decade of clinical experience.

She specializes in trauma resolution and resilience building and uses evidence-based modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), stress inoculation training (SIT), mindfulness, and desensitization therapies. She has experience treating mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI) and PTSD secondary to mTBI.

Her work integrates neuroimaging-informed approaches; she has lectured at the University of Colorado Anschutz Biomedical Engineering Department and the University of Denver's Graduate School of Psychology. She offers ketamine-assisted psychotherapies to eligible clients under appropriate medical supervision and emphasizes a holistic view of mind, body, and environment in mental health and personal growth.
