Hunter Harrow

Hunter Harrow, LCSW, specializes in guiding adolescents and adults through challenging life circumstances. He focuses on building self-esteem and confidence, adapting to change and life transitions, and improving interpersonal relationships, using insight-oriented therapy (IOT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and mindfulness practices.

In addition to his private practice, Hunter serves as a clinician at an outpatient mental health clinic. He holds a Master's in Social Work from Fordham University and brings a passion for understanding the human-animal bond and its impact on mental health to his work.

He uses a client-centered approach to provide a supportive, judgment-free space where clients can explore emotions and develop practical skills for emotional regulation, decision-making, and resilience.
