Jackie Bailey

Jackie Bailey, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with years of community-based experience. She began her mental health work as an Intensive In-Home Clinician, working with children and families in their own environments, which informs her contextualized approach.

She focuses on trauma-informed therapy and works with children as young as 8 to adults of all ages. Jackie has completed EMDR Basic Training and foundational Trauma-Based Play Therapy and provides care at Sea Level Counseling.

Jackie uses trauma-informed, strengths-based, and attachment-based methodologies to create a safe, nurturing environment. Sessions are structured yet flexible: she checks in on current life events, highlights positive experiences, teaches concrete skills to manage distressing symptoms, and supports healing from traumatic experiences.
