Jackie Vuksanaj

Jackie Vuksanaj, LMHC, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Freedom First Psychological Services. She earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The University of Albany - SUNY, a Master's degree in Counseling and Community Psychology from Sage Graduate School, and a Certificate of Advanced Study in Forensic Mental Health from Sage Graduate School.

She works with adolescents and adults, treating depression, anxiety, family and interpersonal issues, trauma, mood disorders, and adjustment disorders. Jackie has experience in mental health and substance abuse fields and a background in treating alcohol and substance abuse.

Jackie creates a safe and nurturing space for personal growth and healing and incorporates a wide variety of treatment modalities and theoretical approaches. She tailors care with flexibility to address each client's specific needs and goals.
