Jacob Ignagni

Jacob Ignagni, PLMHP, NCC, is a Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Practitioner who specializes in anxiety, depression, men's issues, trauma recovery, and emotional regulation. He uses humanistic and existential approaches and incorporates Acceptance-Commitment Therapy (ACT) techniques and mindfulness strategies.

He works with adults, teens, and couples at Counseling Connections & Associates, offering in-person and telehealth sessions. He holds a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Nebraska Omaha and brings a background in social services as a family support worker with children, adolescents, and adults, with experience in trauma processing, behavioral change, family restoration, and substance use recovery.
