Jacqueline Watson

Jacqueline Watson, LMFT, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist licensed in Oregon and California and a member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT). She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology/MFT from Pepperdine University and is a certified Positive Discipline Parent Educator.

Jacqueline offers telehealth services and specializes in identity development and boundary work. Her areas of expertise include distress tolerance and emotional regulation, family dynamics, parent education, and life transitions; she also supports clients managing anxiety, depression, and stress using narrative work and regular self-care practices.

Her strength-based, collaborative approach invites clients to take ownership of their emotional needs and set intentional goals. Jacqueline works in a compassionate, nonjudgmental manner to help untangle barriers to change and foster growth and resilience tailored to each client’s communication style and strengths.
