Jake DeAngelo

Jake DeAngelo, RMHCI, is a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern (RMHCI IMH22316) who practices with a client-centered approach grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). He is dedicated to creating a supportive environment where individuals and couples can explore challenges and work toward positive change.

He works with individuals and couples, addressing depression, anxiety, and self-esteem issues; with couples he focuses on communication, emotional connection, and conflict resolution.

Jake creates a supportive, empathetic, non-judgmental, collaborative space and combines practical, goal-oriented CBT strategies to help clients identify and modify negative thought patterns, develop coping strategies, and build resilience.
