Janae Oetken

Janae Oetken began her employment at Dakota Counseling Institute in January 2007. She is a Licensed Addiction Counselor who oversees the clinical aspects of the drug and alcohol program, known as Stepping Stones. Janae graduated from Dakota Wesleyan University in 1994 with a degree in Psychology, specializing in Addiction Studies. She maintains strong ties with DWU as an adjunct professor, teaching courses in Alcohol Studies and Drug Abuse in Society. In addition to teaching, she supervises interns pursuing degrees in the addictions field.
